NEVER GIVE UP! KEEP THE FAITH!!!

Did you know that most people don't succeed at weight loss because of their non-supportive environment and the doubts of other people?. It's sad, but true!

THE GOOD NEWS is that with the right plan and having a strong enough reason WHY you want to succeed - you will succeed. What I mean by having a strong enough reason WHY is simply having a MOTIVE for pursuing the lean and healthy body you want. "Motive" is the root word for "Motivation" and it is the reason "WHY" you do something that fuels you to take action and continue striving toward your goal.

I'd like to hear from everyone who reads this BLOG. I want to hear about your WHY - your reason(s) for wanting to reduce your waistline. AND I'd also like to hear about situations or people who you thought would support you but continue to doubt that you will achieve your lifestyle goal.

Your reason or WHY for reducing your waistline may be to attend a special event (e.g. reunion, wedding) or you may just want to feel better. Whatever your reason or WHY - we'd like to hear it.

It would also be helpful for those who read this BLOG to hear that they're not alone. Whether it's your boyfriend, husband, friend, relative or co-worker that doubts you - we'd like to hear about it.

Day 6 of The Detox Drop

Yesterday was Day 6 of The Detox Drop. In the past I've usually dropped 6 pounds, and at times it has been 3 pounds, but this time the final number is 10.5 pounds in 6 days. I was truly holding some water and I'll never go that long without doing a cleanse.

Throughout The Detox Drop I worked out daily this time around. I followed the plan perfectly and yesterday I ran up a mountain. What a great workout. I wanted to stop many times, but I knew it wasn't my body that couldn't go on, but my mind that was wanting to throw in the towel. I didn't however, and like most things in life - if you can get it in your mind that you're going to succeed - you will succeed! One of my favorite sayings is: "If you can get it in your mind - it will work out in time."

All in all however, The Detox Drop is not your typical cleanse. You don't feel weak. You don't get hungry. It is a great way to begin your fitness and get a fresh start on feeling and looking better from the inside out.

If you asked me what I like most about The Detox Drop it would be the smoothies. Matter of fact, even though I am no longer cleansing and detoxifying my colon and liver, I am still beginning my day with one of the smoothies.

Okay, enough rambling on my part. Thanks for checking in on the BLOG. It's been fun sharing my experience with you and we will start a new BLOG on a different topic following next week's seminar Webcast.

Day 5 of The Detox Drop

With one day left on The Detox Drop I don't want it to stop. This morning I was up at 4:00am and enjoying my morning cleansing ritual, then on the road with my Vanilla Smooth Smoothie to East Los Angeles to train World Boxing Champion Sergio "The Latin Snake" Mora. Then, back on the freeway battling traffic, but feeling leaner as I snack on my organic peach.

I feel good you guys, and looking forward to my final weigh in tomorrow.

Check out this new smoothie that I created for people who crave carbs at night, but don't want to gain weight: CLICK HERE

Congrats Maureen "The Real Million Dollar Baby" Shea for being on Day 1 of The Detox Drop.

Day 4 of The Detox Drop

Good to see you in the BLOG Nicolette. I think the timing for you to do The Detox Drop is perfect. You've made a lot of progress and for you to continue toward achieving your ultimate goal - The Detox Drop is great for anyone wanting to overcome a stall in weight loss.

Today is Day 4 and I don't want The Detox Drop to stop. :-)

Can I get a drum roll please ... Well, Nicolette was very close. I broke my 3 Day record and dropped 9.5 pounds. That is quite a bit for me and I feel super!!!

Today, the only difference with The Detox Drop is that I snack on whole fruit and I have additional smoothies to choose from. I am looking forward to the solid fruit, but the delicious smoothies I've been enjoying have become something I look forward to. However, I know the importance of mixing it up so I will experiment today with bringing variety into my detox.

See ya later today! Oh, before I forget, The Detox Drop was featured on Basil & Spice today. The title of the article is, "The Detox Drop's Top Tip!"

Day 3 of The Detox Drop

Yippe! Yesterday was a great day. I did an hour of consistent cardio on the Stair Master. Again, it was boring, but as I wake up this morning and look into the mirror I am quite happy with my efforts and the workings of The Detox Drop.

Yesterday I didn't get hungry once. I didn't miss or crave any type of food. And today I am definitely feeling leaner and eager to get moving.

I just got through performing the cleansing ritual (each morning when you first wake up as part of The Detox Drop you cleanse with a combination of certain ingredients and then you do the same thing prior to your evening meal). Now, I am going straight to the gym to perform once again - 1 hour of exercise. But today I will do both cardio and resistance training.

I'll check back in later today!

Day 2 of The Detox Drop

Yesterday I wasn't able to return and share with you the rest of my day. In short, I performed 60 minutes of fat burning cardio exercise on an Elliptical machine. I must admit that it was quite boring, but I know how beneficial (effective) the Ellipitcal machine is.

The rest of the day went great and this morning I woke up with MORE energy and an eagerness to take on the day. After the morning cleansing ritual I enjoyed my breakfast (Vanilla Blue Smoothie) and then I was off to Fit Camp in Camarillo, California.

The Fit Camp Family is awesome and everyone did great this morning. I am soooo impressed with the excitement everyone brings to Fit Camp that it just makes my day so much more FUN!

Back to The Detox Drop: today (Saturday) is going to be a great day. I didn't conduct my body composition (get on the scale), but I know I am feeling leaner and on Day 4 I will do my first weigh-in. I usually drop about 6 pounds in the first 3 days, but I feel like I may break a record this time.

If you have any specific questions about our Detox Drop - don't hesitate to ask. Now go on and take on the day!

Day 1 of The Detox Drop

When I conducted my body composition this morning I was somewhat shocked to discover that my total body weight was 186.5. I'm usually somewhere between 172 and 176, so this is a GREAT time for me to jump start my fitness, get rid of some of those toxins and excess water I feel I am holding.

Excited to get the ball rolling however, the cleansing ritual went quite well this morning and I absolutely enjoyed the Vanilla Blue Smoothie (my breakfast). I forgot how delicious these smoothies are and I can't wait for lunch.

I just had my mid-morning snack of organic apple juice and I am gearing up for an easy (light) fat burning exercise session. My goal today is to peform 60 minutes of continuous cardio.

I' will return later today to share with you exactly what type of exercise I perform and for how long.
